With a wide variety of background in customer service, Alayna is the one behind building and maintaining relationships with customers. She has had a passion for people and making lasting connections since she was a young girl. Alayna's main focus is providing outstanding customer service, and is likely who you'll hear on the other end of the phone if you ever have questions or concerns about your project! Outside of her customer service role, Alayna will also be directly involved in the design aspect of each project and serves as the head of the interior design team. After helping her parents flip multiple homes over the years, interior design has become Alayna's biggest passion in life and she's looking forward to implementing those skills into your projects.
Lucas is our licensed General Contractor. After receiving his associates degree in business, Lucas jumped headfirst into working in the construction industry and immediately fell in love. He started out as an entry-level foreman, and worked his way up to lead project manager and head sales representative. Building decks is what Lucas first fell in love with, but after renovating his and Alayna's house from the studs up, he's developed a passion for designing much larger projects than just decks. Lucas has a knack for problem solving and bringing the visions he stirs up in his head to life!
Adkin is our Director of Sales and has a passion for connecting with others on a personal level.
Alec is a creative and hands-on member of our Seven Sunflowers family as well as serving as the second-in-command for the construction team. He attended Full Sail University to earn his certification in Entertainment business. Alec grew up with a passion for architecture and design and has carried those passions over into designing custom spaces projects and has become proficient in Sketch-Up and other rendering design softwares. Over the last few years, Alec has realized working and building a business with his family is much more rewarding than working on a movie set. He can put his creative skills to use and direct whatever it is you envision, for whatever project you may have in mind!
